To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• All original seals, labels, and tags must remain fully attached
• The item must show no signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or wear
• Products must be returned in the same condition as received

Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected. In this case, the item can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
